Neighborhood Radio Watch

This is an attempt at creating a registry of volunteers who will report from their neighborhood during disasters. During declared disasters, Alachua County ARES(R) maintains a “Command Net” into which volunteers can report, generally on the 146.820 repeater (or backup option). GMRS stations can report to monitoring volunteers on local GMRS repeaters, who will forward the information to the “Command Net,” which functions to aggregate information and forward to the Alachua County EOC, via our backup radio room there.
